OCC Members Shine Early in Season
Skips Rachel Homan and Neil Sinclair lead their rinks to victories this month.
Homan with Emma Miskew, Alison Kreviazuk and Lynn Kreviazuk went undefeated at the AMJ Campbell Shorty Jenkins Classic in Brockville on Sunday where they won the bonspiel. The team starts the year looking forward to competing in the Pre-Olympic Trials in BC in November where they have a chance to advance to December's Olympic Trials.
Sinclair along with Richie Gillan and Kevin Rathwell won the Carleton Heights Junior Spiel. Team Homan won the women's tournament. Both teams are in the Ottawa's Wednesday Cash League.
