OCC League Sign-Up Policy, 2007-2008
Throughout this policy, a team will be understood to be four players only.
Deadline for signup: June 22, 2007.
To sign up for next year:
- Fill out a Team Registration form, available at the club and online
(also in MS Word format). Completed
forms with the team sponsor's payment of membership dues are to be left at
the bar. A list will be maintained
on the web site for teams looking for individuals and individual looking
for teams.
- Fill out a Membership Application form, available at the club and online
(also in MS Word format).
- The individual signing up a team must have his/her payment of membership
dues and membership application
(also in MS Word format)
submitted with the team sign up form. Individual's can only sponsor one team
on one evening. If this sponsor has another team on another evening then another
member of that team must sponsor the team and pay his/her membership dues.
All post dated cheques submitted with the sign up form must be marked no
later than June 22, 2007.

Sign up deadline
- The deadline for signing up teams in all leagues has been set as
June 22, 2007 at 4:00pm. Teams signing up late (after June 22)
will be ranked in order of sign up.
Points System Applied (not applicable to the Cash League)
- The Match Committee will use an expanded points system in their consideration
of teams who have applied to curl in the upcoming season. While final decisions
will rest heavily on the discretion of the Match Committee, the following
will be taken into consideration.
- Returning league team
- Payment of membership in full (no post dated cheques past June 15th
2007)
- Returning OCC member
- Returning league member
- Team wanting to switch (but not add) leagues
- Longevity and activity as an OCC member
