Ottawa-Rideau ChallengeDecember 28, 2007 6:00 pmat the Ottawa Curling Club The Ottawa/Rideau Challenge began in 1909 and continued until 1913, after which it lapsed and was not revived until 1987. Since then the challenge has been waged annually in the form of a 5-sheet, 12-end, cumulative-score match in which the OCC curlers play all positions from lead through skip over the course of the evening.
