Club Championship
Monday, April 26th - Thursday, April 29th
Our men's and women's champions will represent the Ottawa CC in the Dominion Curling Club Championship scheduled for the Fall of 2010.
This year the OCC Championships will be held from Monday April 26th to Thursday April 29th - 2010.
Open Division (16 teams) - $1200 in OCC bucks to 8 teams
Monday Ladder - A1, A2, A3 & B1 at season's end
Tuesday Getting Started Champion
Wednesday Cash - Top 5 money winners
Thursday Men - A1, A2, A3 & B1 at season's end
Friday Mixed League Champion
Saturday Morning League Champion
Women Division (open) - $350 in OCC bucks based on 8 teams
Open invitation to any women's teams competing
in any OCC league who were registered
at the start of the 2009-10 curling season.
Note: if a women's or mixed team wins the club championship, the next available
team of four (4) men will advance to represent the Ottawa CC at the
next level of play for the Dominion Club Championship.
Eligibility:
Each team will be allowed a maximum of 2 players under the age of 20, as of December 31, 2009 and minimum age of 15 as of December 31, 2009.
Each team will be allowed only one player who has played in a Men's, Women's or Seniors' provincial championship in the 2008-2009 or 2007-2008, or participated in a Grand Slam event in 07-08 or 08-09.
Fully eligible teams will be allowed to make one substitution from any player in your league not already in the club championship
Participating teams must be all men or all women. If your team has one female or one male on the team and you win the club championship, you will be allowed to make one substitution from any player in your league not already in the club championship.
Each men's team and women's team of four players that played together, regularly, in a sanctioned OCC league in 2009-2010 can play in the OCC Club Championship.
